Today I had my teeth cleaned by a new hygienist named Dave. He was excellent. He was so gentle yet thorough. He regularly checked in with me to ensure I was doing okay. He explained everything clearly and took care of all Covid protocols with great diligence.

If you are a Dental Fraidy-Cat like myself, you’ll feel most at home with, Arta Dental Group. Arta Dental Group is an exceptional office from entering to leaving you'll achieve without great effort a feeling of physical ease and relaxation. Making the dental experience, for a Dental Fraidy-Cat, similar to myself a painless and trouble-free experience. Therefore, I would recommend, Arta Dental Group, without hesitation. What I found most impressive was the efficiency of everyone I had contact with; from my intial email request followed up within fifteen minutes of sending with a personal phone call; my routine checkup taking less than an hour; and obtaining an email of my completed dental plan including secondary insurance coverage within three days. I was also offered an updated cleaning appointment when someone else canceled which was most impressive. The staff was also exceptional in understanding when I had to cancel my appointment because of contact with someone who had Covid.

Y'all are jokes

negative stars for this place. staff is for the most part fine, but there is this one gentle man that works at the front desk that is rude and has an attitude problem that i've witnessed every time i've come in. he needs to check himself and lighten up. also, the office as a whole, are very pushy with phone calls and need to stop calling unless it is about a reminder or confirmation of an appointment. i am done going here, good riddance.
